Appearance "Wee Willy" looks like a powerfully build man gone slightly to seed. A pot belly is barely contained by his battleworn chain shirt. His hair is a salt and pepper color and he is just starting to go bald. He is short at 5'1" tall.

Personality "Wee Willy" is a jovial, kind-hearted man, unless you have broken the law! Then you will see the kind of fury that can even scare barbarians! He got his nickname from the former Sheriff when he first joined the guard in his youth.

Tactics "Wee Willy" is almost NEVER encountered alone. He is often found with various guardsmen/women. In combat he provides cover fire for his fellows with his Hand Crossbow and flanks a foe when an opportunity presents itself. If his group seems outclassed, he sends his Quaal's Feather Token to the Mayor/City Counsel asking for either reinforcements or the evacuation of the city (He has pre-prepared notes for each with him at all times).
