This creature uses "Improved Toughness" from books like the Complete Warrior (giving it +4 hp instead of +3) and "Hover" from the MM.
This creature was originally the mate of the Ogre dire werebat (CR 6) also posted here. He should have a modest hoard, composed mostly of the shiny bits.
Tactically, he works best in a big cavern with room to fly. He can breathe fire on his foes early in the fight, then hover 10 feet up, out of range of melee weapons, and swing his 3d6+13 greatsword. If he gets badly hurt, he can fly for cover. Note that he would prefer to keep his lair dark, since he can see perfectly well in such conditions.
